Working With Me

If you’re interested in commissioning me, please complete the form bellow after reading my ToS!Provide as much reference as possible (links to images or reference sites are fine), and a detailed description of your character.Once I receive your message I will email you back for any extra details I would need and with the quote of how much the commission would cost. DO NOT send any money before we agreed on the project.Include the following information when sending a request:

Terms of Service

You guarantee that the commissioned artwork is only for personal use and that you won't resell or use the commissioned artwork for any commercial use unless discussed prior.

Your agreement

You can...
- Share or repost my artwork online, keeping the signature (credit and/or tag appreciated!)- Use the artwork for icon/profile/banners on personal blogs and social media (credit appreciated!)- Print the artwork when the prints are for personal use only. You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format.Note: If you wish to support me, I have an INPRINT page on my ABOUT card, you can ask me to add the desired artwork to it!

You cannot...
- Use your commissioned piece for any advertising or profit associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency, regardless of the type of commercial license.- Train AI databases or any other form of generative media, regardless of the type of commercial license.- Alter/edit the artwork itself for reselling.- Claim my art as your own.

My agreement

I retain rights to my artwork, including the right to display all commissioned work on my personal website or portfolios, as well as to promote myself using said work.I do NOT claim the rights to the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork (e.g., the characters you want me to illustrate, story, setting, designs, etc.)I will NOT re-sell, reproduce, or otherwise make a further monetary profit from the commissioned artwork.If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift, I may delay the public showcase at your request. Private commissions (if you don't want your artwork to be posted in my galleries) will be charged an additional 75% fee.

I won't draw

- furry characters (Exception: anthropomorphic or animal features, dragons, creature designs etc);- mecha (exception: prosthetics, humanoid robots);- other artists’ characters without their permission;- hateful imagery;- underage characters in NSFW scenarios.If you have any doubt about whether your idea is suitable or not, all you have to do is ask me!

Payment

Payment must be in full and before I start drawing, through PayPal (euro) after I send you the invoice. Prices shown on site don't include the 5% PayPal fee.Tips are always appreciated, but not required! Please do not send payment before I send the invoice.

Refunds

Full refunds will only be given if I am unable to finish the artwork due to unforeseen causes.The cancelation fee is 50% of the final price if the artwork is in the coloring or rendering stage.No refunds will be issued for completed artwork.

Delivery

Average delivery time is usually between 1-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission, and personal schedule.I reserve the right to decline a commission request if the idea regarding pose and perspective is too rigid, and/or if I don’t feel like I have at least some creative freedom on the piece.Commissions can be declined for any other reason I deem appropriate.After accepting your request, I will send you a quote with the exact price and other questions I might have. After the price is approved, I’ll send you a Paypal invoice and start working on the commission once the payment is done, sending updates on the progress.You can ask for changes and edits for free while still in the sketching/drawing stage, but after I’ve started rendering I’ll charge extra depending on the complexity of the change.I will email you the full-res PNG piece once it’s finished, and WIPS on every drawing stage.

Fees

50%-80% additional fee for complex characters or backgrounds (always discussed beforehand).Additional characters are 100% of the price (not including the background), regardless of style.The artwork’s multiple NSFW variants (if requested) will be priced at 75% per variant, regardless of the commission type.For Book Covers: if you require me to use templates, I take the following fees:
- 10% physical templates (I do not work with a printing company so you will have to provide Hardcover and Paperback templates);
- 5% Amazon, eCovers, audiobooks, etc.If you want me to provide typography and title design (which will be provided by a third party I have a contract with), I take another 10% fee.Full commercial use can be approved for a fee of 100% (full commercial use granted for covers and other illustrations of this type) or 50% for purchased designs (adopt designs). Commercial use for commissions that ensure royalties can be negotiated.

Adoptables ToS

Don’t claim my designs as your own.You can resell, trade, and giveaway the design for less than you spent on it. Make sure to notify me beforehand.You are prohibited from creating any original species out of the design unless I approve.

You must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before commissioning me.
